Do I need to be in menopause to join?
Not at all. This program is designed for women in all stages of midlife: perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause (or if you just want to be part of the first generation to be prepared for what's happening). If you’re experiencing hormone shifts — whether you're still cycling or not — you’ll benefit from the framework and strategies.
What if I’m already on HRT?
Perfect. This program works with or without hormone therapy. You’ll get support to fine-tune your lifestyle, nutrition, and recovery strategies — all of which are essential whether you choose to use HRT or not.
Can I go to my doctor to get the blood work done?
No. It's extremely unlikely that you would be able to get your conventional doctor to run this full panel. You would end up having to do multiple blood draws and probably have to go back for a second office visit to get the results. Then whatever your insurance doesn't cover will be marked up so high, it would be far more expensive than the wholesale cost I share with clients.
What if I already have blood work?
If you’ve had labs done within the last 6 months, you can email the full report to us. We’ll review what was tested and let you know if any of it can be used in the context of the Full Midlife Upgrade.

Do you accept insurance?
We do not bill insurance, but the cost of the Full Midlife Upgrade may be eligible for reimbursement through your HSA or corporate wellness program. You’ll receive documentation upon request.
Do I need to track food?
You’ll be guided to track intermittently for insight and education, not to obsess or restrict. We use tracking to identify nutrient gaps, not to count calories. We offer supportive methods that are mindful of disordered eating history if you would like accommodation.
How is this different than the lab work my doctor runs every year?
